I have always loved the warmth of dark wood. I feel like I could smoke a cigar or Alan could be drinking beer and playing poker with his buddies at this mesquite wood table and chairs imported from Mexico.
How about picturing four greyhound dogs dressed in their Sunday best, sitting upright with perfect posture, sipping Earl Grey from fine china and chatting amongst one another about the U.S. Economy?
I love the contrast of the red roses against the dark wood. The dark wood is masculine. The red roses are feminine. The two together make my perfect whole. I adore this room and its serenity.
