The master bathroom

Our house is 2,166 square feet and has 3 full bathrooms. When we bought the house, we loved the idea of having several bathrooms because it meant we each had our own bathroom and the full bathroom on the main floor would always be clean for entertaining and guests. Yet, we never thought about how much effort it is to clean a bathroom. How many people do?

I do not like to clean the bathrooms because I do not like breathing in chemicals. I have tried natural cleaners and they do not work as well for me personally. Tilex is nasty stuff, but it does the job for cleaning a difficult white ceramic tile and white grout shower.

Although I am not fond of the bathrooms in general, I am taking many photos of each of them. If ever I lose my senses and want more than one bathroom again, I will return to these photos for confirmation that for me personally, less is more. I’ll gladly wait in line!

The master bathroom is the only room which has the original paint. We could never decide on a color to paint it.
