Quaint Mudbrick. The Auckland Board of Tourism sponsored the lunch at Mudbrick and none of us left hungry. The food is top notch. Mudbrick has been favorably reviewed for many years and our New Jersey tour operator had mentioned that Mudbrick had been written up in a New York City publication as a must stop restaurant in New Zealand.
The food, wine, and company made for memorable dining, and how about the picturesque scenery?
Our table looked out over the Mudbrick property and the water. The waiter parted the windows because we had asked. The weather was mild for early winter.
